Seriously, I’m the person who never sticks with any exercise program very long, but The Fitness Lab has been a game-changer.
In January 2019, I joined the Lean Body Rules Challenge. In 6 weeks, I lost 3.4% bodyfat, increased lean muscle, and lost 6 pounds of body fat mass. I lost 6.4 pounds on the scale and since the Fitness Lab uses the Inbody for testing, I can really see what is changing in my body even if the scale didn’t change dramatically. Details and data matter! But the best thing about The Fitness Lab is the community! Great, supportive members make the group training sessions positive and fun. The trainers are great and really bring it every single class in their own fab way, plus they are always dreaming up new ways to keep workouts fresh.
