Team Training

Our large group training program is a great way to meet other members of our community while taking advantage of coaching from our certified trainers. Our sessions are never too large, ensuring that you receive a safe and effective workout.

Each workout is designed to increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism. This is THE best fat loss workout available! Commit to your training program by joining our Team Training. You’ll have so much fun during the workout, you’ll forget you’re burning calories.

We believe that every training session should finish strong leaving you feeling better than when you came in.

Half Hour Hustle

30 Minute Express Workout

No time to spare? Squeeze our effective 30 minute workout into your day! No time for cardio? Get your heart rate up in this fast paced, total body workout that will torch fat and blast calories. Less is more when your workout is designed for quality over quantity.

  • Half Hour Hustle features primarily body weight exercises with agility, cardio and core added in for good measure.
  • Arrive a few minutes early for a quick warm up or stay a few minutes after to stretch and relax. Private showers available so you’ll look great and refreshed at your next appointment.
  • This is an ideal workout for anyone who has not participated in a regular exercise program.
  • Class limited to 10 participants.

Body Revolution

Ignite Your Passion for Fitness

Revolutionize your health while being motivated and inspired in a group setting. Looking for weight loss? This class burns fat and revs up your metabolism resulting in a calorie burn that lasts long after your workout.

Looking for a stronger body? This class is a total body workout that won’t bulk you up. Improve your core strength, balance and low back health. Exercises include bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, stability balls, tubing, TRX, and much more.

  • Body Revolution is designed to get you on a schedule that works and help you stick with a fitness program for the long term; take advantage of working out with a group of awesome like-minded people and enjoy the creativity of varied workouts so you’re never bored.
  • Revolutionize your body in matter of weeks. Trim your physique, lose body fat, tone your arms and legs, strengthen your core and gain confidence and energy!
  • Tuesday/Thursday 10am classes are ideal for anyone who has not participated in a regular exercise program.
  • Class limited to 16 participants.

Everyday Athlete

Train Smart. Burn Fat. Build Muscle.

Build your ideal body in this challenging, safe, and progressive workout that teaches participants how to use their bodies efficiently. Combine full-body strength training, agility drills, and core movements designed to improve your speed, balance strength, and endurance.

  • This class features workouts that are repeated for 3 weeks to build strength, improve balance and endurance. There are 2 different workouts per week focusing on different movements and muscles to give you a balanced program. Each workout ends with a high intensity finisher.
  • These workouts are highly effective in terms of improved fitness, weight loss, core strength, and stability. They combine strength, power, conditioning, and core exercises and varied functional movements performed at high intensities for short bursts of time or for a series of repetitions.
  • The goal is to increase your resting metabolism following each workout to help you drop body fat.
  • You can start the program at any time and watch your body improve dramatically over time. Always engaging, fun and can be adjusted for all levels of fitness.
  • Monday/Wednesday 6am classes are ideal for anyone who has not participated in a regular exercise program.
  • Class limited to 16 participants.

Finish Strong Friday

Trainers Choice

We created Finish Strong Friday to end the week with a bang and hit the ground running for the weekend! Finish Strong Fridays are a trainers choice workout based on who’s in class, what we feel like dishing out and what you need to get you to 1% better!

  • All sessions start with a dynamic warm up and then go into a full body workout that includes speed and agility drills, TRX Suspension training, kettlebells and sandbells, bodyweight and dumbell training and much more.
  • Class limited to 16 participants.

Met Con X

High Intensity Interval Training

Met Con X is our premier metabolic training session. In essence, it is a fat loss and fat burning workout that will get you into tip top shape. Met Con X workouts move quickly and include short bouts of intense work followed by recovery periods. EPOC expenditure after a metabolic session can burn fat for up to 48 hours AFTER you stop exercising.

  • All sessions start with a dynamic warm up and then go into a full body workout that includes speed and agility drills, TRX Suspension training, kettlebells and sandbells, bodyweight and dumbell training and much more.
  • Participants must have a strong fitness base before attending this class.
  • Class limited to 20 participants.
