Our large group training program is a great way to meet other members of our community while taking advantage of coaching from our certified trainers. Our sessions are never too large, ensuring that you receive a safe and effective workout.

Dynamic Warm up
Every training session starts with a dynamic warmup to activate the muscles you’ll use during your workout. Warm up exercises improve range of motion and flexibility. Moving as you stretch challenges your balance and coordination and increases body awareness.
The Workout
Our workouts are highly effective in terms of improved fitness, weight loss, core strength, and stability. They combine strength, power, conditioning, and core exercises and varied functional movements performed at high intensities for short bursts of time or for a series of repetitions.
Our training sessions are a total body workout that won’t bulk you up. Improve your core strength, balance and low back health. Exercises include bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, stability balls, tubing, TRX, battle ropes, medicine balls, and much more.
Trim your physique, lose body fat, tone your arms and legs, strengthen your core and gain confidence and energy! You will increase your resting metabolism following each workout which will help you drop body fat.
Cool Down
Every training sessions ends with a cool down that incorporates stretching to help the body transition to normal resting state after your workout. Cooling down allows the heart rate to return to its resting rate and can help prevent injury.
Half Hour Hustle
30 Minute Express Workout
No time to spare? Squeeze our effective 30 minute workout into your day! No time for cardio? Get your heart rate up in this fast paced, total body workout that will torch fat and blast calories. Less is more when your workout is designed for quality over quantity.
- Half Hour Hustle features primarily body weight exercises with agility, cardio and core added in for good measure.
- Arrive a few minutes early for a quick warm up or stay a few minutes after to stretch and relax. Private showers available so you’ll look great and refreshed at your next appointment.
- This is an ideal workout for anyone who has not participated in a regular exercise program.
- Class limited to 10 participants.

We created Finish Strong Friday to end the week with a bang and hit the ground running for the weekend! Finish Strong Fridays are a trainers choice workout based on who’s in class, what we feel like dishing out and what you need to get you to 1% better!
- All sessions start with a dynamic warm up and then go into a full body workout that includes speed and agility drills, TRX Suspension training, kettlebells and sandbells, bodyweight and dumbell training and much more.
- Class limited to 16 participants.
Met Con X
High Intensity Interval Training
Met Con X is our premier metabolic training session. In essence, it is a fat loss and fat burning workout that will get you into tip top shape. Met Con X workouts move quickly and include short bouts of intense work followed by recovery periods. EPOC expenditure after a metabolic session can burn fat for up to 48 hours AFTER you stop exercising.
- All sessions start with a dynamic warm up and then go into a full body workout that includes speed and agility drills, TRX Suspension training, kettlebells and sandbells, bodyweight and dumbell training and much more.
- Participants must have a strong fitness base before attending this class.
- Class limited to 20 participants.
