Our large group training program (outdoor or online) is a great way to meet other members of our community while taking advantage of coaching from our certified trainers.

Dynamic Warm up
Every training session starts with a dynamic warmup to activate the muscles you’ll use during your workout. Warm up exercises improve range of motion and flexibility. Moving as you stretch challenges your balance and coordination and increases body awareness.
Our workouts are highly effective in terms of improved fitness, weight loss, core strength, and stability. They combine strength, power, conditioning, and core exercises and varied functional movements performed at high intensities for short bursts of time or for a series of repetitions.
Our training sessions are a total body workout that won’t bulk you up. Improve your core strength, balance and low back health. Exercises are based on bodyweight and include equipment you may have at home (dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, mini bands, etc). Training outdoors? Bring a mat, yoga strap and water. Dumbells and minibands are optional.
Trim your physique, lose body fat, tone your arms and legs, strengthen your core and gain confidence and energy! You will increase your resting metabolism following each workout which will help you drop body fat.
Every training sessions ends with a cool down that incorporates stretching to help the body transition to normal resting state after your workout. Cooling down allows the heart rate to return to its resting rate and can help prevent injury.
Tired of training at home? Join us outside in the fresh air! We train early – 6:30am – at Ross Playfield in Frelard.
Minimal equipment needed: Mat, yoga strap, and water. Optional but highly recommended: Miniband, dumbbells and/or resistance bands. Equipment available at local stores or try these online options:
- Minibands: Get 1-2 pair of green and red.
- Dumbbells: Vinyl or Hex, 8#, 10# or 12#. One or two pair are recommended.
- Resistance Bands: Lighter than dumbbells and easy to travel with. Light, Medium, and Heavy are recommended or you can purchase all 6.
