We’re excited to be offering our New Year’s challenge to help you get a fresh start in 2017. It’s time to eat better and get moving! The January Transformation Challenge is perfect for anyone who wants to commit to a healthier lifestyle and is ready to get started right now!
You might be familiar with this, but it’s true, the best time to get started is when you are motivated and inspired. The New Year has that effect on people! It might even sound like something trainers just say, but it’s the truth (we know, we’ve lived it!). Each day, each moment, is an opportunity to make a different decision and choose a healthier path.
And it starts now. Every workout builds on the next, each meal is better than the last, and then you realize that you’ve been consistently making healthy choices for 21 days. You feel stronger and more energetic than ever! January 2017 is your time.
For 21 days exercising consistently will become your priority and there is more good news! Meal plans and nutritional guidance are part of your January Transformation Challenge. We are here to support you every step of the way. We find out what your goals are and what you need during your initial consultation and check in with you with follow up consultations during the challenge. We want you to be successful and that’s why we will be there to guide you every step of the way.

- Unlimited Team Training sessions to build muscle, burn fat, and gain strength
- Meal plans and nutritional guidance
- InBody body fat analysis to help track your progress
- Access to our certified coaches to help guide you through your transformation – you are not on your own!

During your challenge you’ll meet new people, laugh and sweat together, be a little silly, feel a lot stronger, cheer each other on and push beyond your limits. You’ll rely on each other, support each other, share your struggles and accomplishments as a team. Don’t just join a gym, find your people!
Make Healthy a Habit
The January Transformation is your opportunity to make exercising and eating right a habit. Our 50 minute Team Training Sessions are offered 6 days a week and we recommend attending 4-5 times a week for best results. It’s a commitment to improving yourself and your health. We promise you won’t regret making time for yourself and your goals!
