What are some of your favorite things to do?
I’m still hiking, which I love to do as well as studying Japanese and gardening.
What are your favorite places to eat?
Kisaku at Green Lake is my all time favorite. Yoroshiku and Kizuki are also great!
When did you start training at TFL and why?
I started coming to TFL January 2011! I started with a challenge and I’ve been here ever since
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since joining TFL?
I truly value my membership and all that you and Bailey and the coaches have done over the years to help me stay strong and healthy. I have lost weight and have transformed my eating. I was never
able to sustain a gym membership until I joined TFL.
