Q&A with Jolene
Can you tell me 3 or 4 of your favorite things to do?
Spending time with friends, cooking, and traveling. I just finished grad school and can’t wait to add a lot more to that list!
Where is your favorite place to eat?
It’s too difficult to pick a favorite! Lately I am enjoying discovering new and great places to eat in Ballard and Greenwood.
Do you remember when you started our classes and why?
I found The Fitness Lab last summer on Facebook. You were advertising for a 21 day challenge and I really needed to find a new workout routine that would get me inspired to get back out there.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since being here?
My main goal was to just try and workout consistently. I’m really proud that I’ve been doing that for about seven months now. I definitely feel stronger too. My next goal is to incorporate better and healthier eating habits into my routine.
