Q/A with Kelley
What are some of your favorite things to do?
Garden, run trails with my husband and daughter, swim in the ocean, and eat out when it’s my night to cook.
What are your favorite places to eat?
Queen Margherita in Magnolia (yummy Neopolitan-style pizza)
When did you start training at TFL and why?
I started in 2013 with a fitness challenge that I purchased at a school auction. I had been going to yoga and running a little bit and I wanted to increase my fitness level and find a great community. I got both!
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since joining TFL?
I have increased my strength and overall fitness. And my sense of well being improved significantly when I started working out consistently.
