What are your favorite things to do?
Hanging out with my family and kids.

Do you remember when you started our classes and why?
I started with Dillon as my personal trainer in 2004 when she was at Sound, Mind and Body and I have followed as she grew her business. I started with a personal trainer because I found that I didn’t have the discipline to go on my own for fitness – it is easy to prioritize other things. A regular schedule and connection with a personal trainer helps to make sure I make time for fitness. I enjoy the session as an oasis from the rest of life.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since being here?
I was wimpy when I started all those years ago. My first meeting with Dillon was a fitness test to see where I was at. At that time, I couldn’t do push ups, couldn’t lift much, and had limited flexibility. I am now a much stronger person and can do all of those things.
What is a quote that you live by?
I am aspiring to put on my positive pants.
Anything else you’d like to say about your experience at the Fitness Lab?
Dillon is fantastic, exactly what I needed as fitness coach who has helped me through the last 15 years with two pregnancies and growing older (but stronger) everyday!
