Can you tell me 3 or 4 of your favorite things to do?
- Spend time with family and friends
- Get outdoors and play
- Read a good book
- Shop Marshall’s and TJ Max
Where is your favorite place to eat?
Just about any place that has pizza on the menu – my favorite food.
Do you remember when you started our classes and why?
I gave [my husband] Ray the 21 Day Challenge for our Anniversary so we can grow old and fit together.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since being here?
I lost 15 pounds this summer so my goal is to do something active everyday but always mix it up.
What is a quote that you live by?
Right now because of our gift bag from TFL we have a Swedish proverb on our fridge: “Fear less, hope more.” It just makes sense to me at this time of my life.
