Seriously, I’m the person who never sticks with any exercise program very long, but The Fitness Lab has been a game-changer.

I’ve been a member since 2014 and at forty-something I’m in the best shape of my life (ok, maybe with the exception of high-school track/cross-country but c’mon), and TFL motivates me enough to get up to make the 6am classes, which frankly I find shocking, but it’s true. Feeling strong and fit has been a major boon to both my physical and mental game.

In January 2019, I joined the Lean Body Rules Challenge. In 6 weeks, I lost 3.4% bodyfat, increased lean muscle, and lost 6 pounds of body fat mass. I lost 6.4 pounds on the scale and since the Fitness Lab uses the Inbody  for testing, I can really see what is changing in my body even if the scale didn’t change dramatically. Details and data matter! But the best thing about The Fitness Lab is the community! Great, supportive members make the group training sessions positive and fun.  The trainers are great and really bring it every single class in their own fab way, plus they are always dreaming up new ways to keep workouts fresh.
