I started with a six week “Fall Back to Fitness” challenge in Sept. 2016. The Challenge seemed like a great way to get motivated.

During the challenge, I lost 10 lbs. plus some, and increased muscle which has allowed me to enjoy my recreational activities more. I started skiing again last year after a ten year hiatus. The conditioning I had through TFL classes helped me to get right back in it without any aches and pains during a weeklong ski vacation.

At 55, I feel I’ve kicked some of the years back to the curb. And bonus, I dropped a clothing size, which is the best reason to go shopping!

I appreciate the non-intimidating and supportive environment that the coaches have created.

UPDATE: Over a year of working out, between fall 2017 and 2018, I have lost 3.2% body fat and increased my lean muscle by 6.6 pounds! I was able to do all of this even though I travel extensively for work and miss 3-4 months during the summer. With everything I have learned at the Fitness Lab, I am able to do workouts when I am away and stay active. I could not be happier with the results and the classes are still fun, a great group of people to work out with! As the phrase goes “Just Do It!
