Can you tell me 3 or 4 of your favorite things to do?
I love Travel, Hiking, and Biking especially with my husband Tim and friends. I am an Herb/Alternative Health Nerd and constantly learning new things. Cat Lady, Yes, and am trying very hard to Aprendo Espanol .
My favorite place to eat:
My kitchen is my favorite place to eat, especially when it is full of friends and fresh food.
Do you remember when you started our classes and why?
I started classes because I was not very strong and I wanted to be able to continue to participate in an active lifestyle thru my sixties and beyond.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since being here?
I am exceeding pleased with continued gains in core strength, balance, flexibility, and aerobic endurance. I am in it for the long haul so my goals are not focused on one event but staying fit enough to do the things I love and to avoid getting injured along the way.
Anything else you’d like to say about your experience at the Fitness Lab?
I really like the 10AM class and especially Fridays when Megan mixes it up. I appreciate the range of equipment at TFL and the fact that every class is different and a new set of muscles are gonna be sore each time.
