What are some of your favorite things to do?
My favorite things to do are anything in nature: hiking, birdwatching, gardening, backpacking, sailing, and exploring.
When did you start training at TFL and why?
I started training at TFL in the fall of 2017 after having back pain from picking up growing little ones.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since joining TFL?
Once I started training at TFL, my back pain went away and my strength increased steadily. It feels great to get into the rhythm of working out and getting stronger each week.
