Q/A with Sara

What are some of your favorite things to do?
Traveling with my family, celebrating traditions such as the annual pumpkin patch trip, going for walks with my dog, and working out at TFL.

What are your favorite places to eat?
Voila Bistrot in Madison Valley, Kizuki Ramen at Thornton Creek, Din Tai Fung in University Village, Maximilien’s in the Market.

When did you start training at TFL and why?
Before joining TFL, I never would have listed working out as one of my favorite things to do, so that is saying something! I had been at another gym for 4-5 years, and was quite frankly bored and uninspired.

What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since joining TFL?
I was not sporty by any means growing up and have never had great athletic confidence, so watching my body transform over the past 13 months has been phenomenal. I have grown stronger, leaner, and have proven to myself that my outer strength now more closely equals my inner strength, which has always been a part of me! Dillon, Mikey, and Bailey accept us where we are, and encourage us every day to push forward, living their motto of progress, NOT perfection!

What is a favorite quote that you live by?
