Q/A with Mark
My favorite things to do:
I love to cook, I am constantly trying new cuisines and spices. I of course like working out, besides going to TFL I bike and run. I am currently training for the Vancouver Half Marathon in May. I am teaching myself the guitar.
My favorite place to eat:
My favorite place to eat is a noodle house in Los Angeles, absolutely life changing Tonkatsu style ramen.
Do you remember when you started our classes and why?
I started class in March of 2017, I had been sick for several months and unable to workout. I joined a challenge and it worked so well I got hooked. Now it’s a regular part of my daily routine.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since being here?
I have gotten my body fat percentage under 20%, something I never thought I’d do but more importantly I’ve found a variety of ways to eat healthy and maintain my fitness gains. You are truly what you eat.
What is a quote that you live by?
“Dwell on the beauty of life. Watch the Stars, and see yourself running with them.”
Anything else you¹d like to say about your experience at the Fitness Lab?
“TFL has been a revelation to me, thanks to the wonderful trainers and all my “battle buddies”
it has transformed my body and changed the way I eat and view what I put in my body. For the first time in my life I feel like my goals are in reach.”
About Dillon Kreider
Certified personal trainer and owner of SOMA TRAINING. I can’t imagine a better job – every day, I get to help people improve their lives and achieve things they never thought possible. To see the gains in strength (I just watched a woman who used to struggle with knee push-ups rip off 20 standard push-ups) and confidence that come with fitness is truly inspiring.
