What are some of your favorite things to do?
Spend time with family – exploring the forest with my spouse, cuddling my kids and kittens, and watching live sports games (of both the professional and little league variety).
Where is your favorite place to eat?
When did you start training at TFL and why?
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since joining TFL?
I love exercising! I never, never would have thought of myself as a 6am workout person, but I’m addicted. I’m so proud of myself for sticking with it for over a year. I can feel the difference it has made in terms of my strength, energy, and happiness.
