What are 3 or 4 of your favorite things to do?
I like boating, hiking & biking. Winters in Florida and playing with my grand-kids.

My favorite place to eat is at home – I make the best Pizza (just say’n).
Do you remember when you started our classes and why?
I started in February 2018. I wanted small group training that would include strength and cardio.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since being here?
I’m able to participate in any physical activity that comes my way.
What is a quote that you live by?
