What are 3 or 4 of your favorite things to do?
Play tennis, read, walk/hike, travel.

Terra Plata’s roof deck (on Capitol Hill).
Do you remember when you started our classes and why?
I started training at TFL in June 2017 because I wanted to build strength and endurance, especially to support my tennis.
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since being here?
I have increased my upper body strength and achieved better alignment/balance between my right and left shoulders. I can actually do push ups now!
