TFL inspires me to push myself- I love the humor, comradery and mutual support, and Dillon is always dreaming up new ways to keep it fresh. And the tunes rock. ‘Nuff said.

What are 3 or 4 of your favorite things to do?
Biking, traveling, reading and nerding-out botanizing/mushroom hunting
Where is your favorite place to eat?
Yuca’s taco stand on Vermont and Hollywood Blvd. locally? Frelard pizza and Cafe Spinasse.
Do you remember when you started our classes and why?
Fall 2013 – I bid on a 1-month fitness challenge at our school auction and won. Score!
What are some health and fitness goals you have achieved since being here?
Managing to make fitness a more routine part of my life instead of stop/starts. More comprehensive/core fitness and flexibility rather than single-activity sports. And I ran my first half-marathon and felt great!
